• Photos and videos: Media you upload to your albums

• Manage your account and photo albums
• Enable photo sharing between album members

3. Google Photos

If you choose to import photos from Google Photos:

• We access your albums in read-only mode
• Photos are copied to our servers to be integrated into your Weyoo albums
• We do not modify or delete anything on your Google account
• You can revoke access at any time in your Google settings

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Your photos are only shared with:

• Members of albums you participate in
• Our technical service providers (hosting, image processing)

5. Storage and Security

• Your data is stored on secure servers in Europe (OVH)
• Connections are encrypted via HTTPS
• Data access is restricted to authorized personnel

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

Under GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Access: Obtain a copy of your data
• Rectification: Correct inaccurate data
• Erasure: Request deletion of your data
• Portability: Receive your data in a standard format

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your personal data and photos are deleted within 30 days.
